Subscriptions and billing

Commerce handles the practice's own subscription and billing on the platform.

Plans

• Free — a starter plan to try everything.
• Professional / Business / Accountant — paid plans with more clients, seats and limits.
• The Lifetime plan is an exclusive option for testers and partners.

Managing your subscription

1. Go to Commerce → Subscriptions.
2. See your current plan, billing interval and status.
3. Change plans or billing interval from here; a checkout handoff keeps it secure.

Billing analytics

Commerce → Billing analytics and Checkout analytics show:

• Revenue and billing events.
• Checkout attempts, completed and abandoned, with conversion by plan.
• Abandoned checkouts — with a Send recovery email option to bring customers back.

Tips

• Watch the To reconcile and subscription status so billing stays accurate.
• Use checkout analytics to see where people drop off when upgrading.
