Client records and the 360 view
Every client, their businesses and employees, documents, deadlines and communications in one place.
Last updated 12/09/2026
The client 360 view brings everything about a client together — their records, documents, deadlines, requests and history — so you never search across five screens.
Creating a client
- Go to Clients → Practice clients.
- Click New client (or use the client setup flow).
- Enter the company name and identifiers (company number, VAT number, UTR).
- Add businesses and employees as needed — with NI numbers, pay rates and status.
The 360 view
Open a client to see:
- Overview — key details and status.
- Documents — everything received for this client.
- Deadlines — statutory and recurring dates.
- Requests — what you have asked the client to provide.
- Communications — messages to and from the client.
- Activities — a change history with who did what and when.
Drafts and approvals
Changes to client records can be made as drafts and submitted for approval, keeping an auditable trail. Approvals are reviewed in Practice → Approvals.
Custom fields
Add your own fields to client records under Practice → Custom fields, so the data you track is exactly what your practice needs.
Saved views
Save frequently used filters so you can jump straight to your working set of clients.
