Sending payslips by your own email

Connect your practice mailbox so payroll emails come from your address.

Open System & Automation → Email settings in the staff console.

Configure

Enter your SMTP host, port, username and password, plus the sender email. Use STARTTLS for port 587, or implicit TLS for 465.

Test

Click Send test email — a message goes to the configured mailbox to confirm the connection.

Once saved, payroll payslips and reports are sent from your mailbox. The password is encrypted and never shown again. Leave it empty to use the AVERQIS platform mailer.
